Welcome to the SIM ID Check-in App by Lebara Retail.

The app allows Lebara retailers with access to the Lebara retail portal to easily complete the necessary ID registration for new Lebara SIM cards. Make sure to have the SIM package and customer's ID card at hand.

The express registration process consists of four simple steps:

1. Scan the SIM barcode sticker
2. Scan the ID
3. Check and modify as needed
4. Activate the SIM card

We recommend noting down the customer's phone number and email address for communication purposes. Access to the Lebara retail portal is required to use the app. Before beginning registration, it is essential to review the training instructions and successfully pass the test.
